Description

FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a magnetic flashlight holder showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side being a mirror image; and

FIG. 5 is a left elevational view thereof in an alternate position, the right side being a mirror image.

The flashlight shown in broken lines in FIG. 5 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
