FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof, the side opposite being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 shows the shoulder holder presented at the angle depicted therein;

FIG. 5 shows the shoulder holder presented at the angle depicted therein;

FIG. 6 is a side elevational of the support elements of the telephone in horizontal alignment;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view of a second embodiment thereof with the top surface of the telephone support is flat and integral; and,

FIG. 8 is a covered unitary surface of the telephone support of the holder.
