FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a vehicle attached bicycle carrier showing our new design, it being understood that the straps are shown broken away for convenience of illustration;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image of that shown; and,

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof.
