FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined cosmetic applicator and cap showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof, the side opposite being identical to the side shown;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof, the side opposite being identical to the side shown;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view of the applicator portion, shown with the cap removed for clarity of illustration; the side opposite being identical to the side shown;

FIG. 7 is a side elevational view thereof, the side opposite being identical to the side shown;

FIG. 8 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a bottom plan view of the cap element shown separately for clarity of illustration; and,

FIG. 10 is a perspective view of the applicator portion.
