FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of the pencil holder showing my new design, the rear view being identical to the front view;

FIG. 2 is an elevational view of one side of the pencil holder, the other side being identical thereto;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a top, right front perspective view thereof.
