FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined cigarette lighter and base therefor showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the base only;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof with the opposite sides being mirror images thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of a second embodiment of the design shown in FIG. 1 with the lighter removed;

FIG. 6 is a side elevational view thereof with the opposite sides being mirror images thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a top plan view of a third embodiment of the design shown in FIG. 1 with the lighter removed;

The lighter has been omitted in FIGS. 2-18 for ease of illustration.

The surface shading shown in FIGS. 4, 7, 10, 14 and 18 represents a gray bottom surface.
