FIG. 4 is a second end view of the interface in a closed position;

FIG. 5 is a bottom view of the interface in a closed position;

FIG. 6 is a first side view of the interface in a closed position;

FIG. 7 is a second side view;

FIG. 8 is a top view of the interface in an open, operating position; and,

FIG. 9 is a top view as shown in FIG. 8, with a telephone handset shown in an operating position thereon by means of broken lines for illustrative purposes only.
