FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of the air diffuser for hand-held hair dryers showing our new design, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof. The broken lines illustrating a hand-held hair dryer are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom plan view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof.
