FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevation view thereof as viewed from the right in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof as viewed from the left in FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a rear side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The characteristic feature of the plant stand resides in the overall design, especially the shape of the base support and the arm supports.
