FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom view being a mirror of that shown;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof, in a folded condition, the bottom view being a mirror of that shown;

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view thereof, the broken lines on the band are understood to represent conventional stitching; and,

FIG. 7 is a front elevational view thereof, the broken lines on the band are understood to represent conventional stitching.
