FIG. 1 is a side and end perspective view of the transparent watertight plastic carrying bag with end pockets, I.D. slot and removable strap showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side view thereof, the opposite side being of identical appearance;

FIG. 3 is an end view thereof, the opposite end being of identical appearance; and,

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof.
