FIG. 2 is a side elevational view of such device with the opposite side of the device having the same appearance;

FIG. 3 is a rear view of the device;

FIG. 4 is a front view of the device;

FIG. 5 is a top view of the device;

FIG. 6 is a bottom view of the device; and,

FIG. 7 is a rear perspective view of an inflatable boat provided with a pair of the hull cap devices of my design.
