FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a pickup truck body exterior surface showing our new design, it being understood that the roof of the cab and bed of the pickup truck are plain and unornamented and the broken lines shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 of the drawing are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a rear perspective view of the pickup truck body exterior surface shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a side view of the pickup truck body exterior surface shown in FIG. 1 the side of the pickup truck opposite to that shown being a mirror image thereto; and,

FIG. 4 is an enlarged front elevational view of the hood of the pickup truck body exterior surface shown separately for clarity of illustration.
