FIG. 7 is a left side elevational view of another embodiment of FIG. 1, the right side elevational view being identical; and,
FIG. 8 is a left side elevational view of another embodiment of FIG. 1, the right side elevational being being identical.
The appearances of the undisclosed rear elevational views of the second and third embodiments are identical to that of the first embodiment. The appearances of the undisclosed top and bottom plan views and front elevational views of the second and third embodiments are identical in appearance except for the configuration of the hook portion.
