FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a seal plate showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof; the top, bottom, and left side elevational elevational views are identical to the right side elevational view;

FIG. 3 is a sectional right side elevational view thereof, taken along the line 3--3 of FIG. 1; the section lines form no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is an enlarged, sectional, fragmented view of the rim of the seal plate of FIG. 3.
