FIG. 1 is a right side elevational view of the shoe upper according to my new design;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view; and,

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof.

The broken line showing of a shoe sole is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
