FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a front elevational view thereof.

The broken lines shown on the semi-spherical elements in FIGS. 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, and 7 are printed to simulate conventional stitching.

The broken lines shown on the straps and alongside the fastener are understood to represent conventional stitching.
