FIG. 1 is a top plan view of my new design of a clip-on sea shell shaped beverage holder for stemmed glassware;

FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view thereof, right side view is a mirror image;

FIG. 4 is a receiver end elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a clip end elevational view of my new design.
