FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view, wherein the opposite side is a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view, rotated 180.degree., relative to FIG. 3, about an axis parallel to the central longitudinal axis, wherein the opposite side is a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a front elevational view thereof.
