FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the liner shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevation view of the liner of FIG. 1, the opposite side of which is a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear end elevation view of the liner of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 5 is a front end elevation view of the liner of FIG. 1.
