FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a plastic bag handle showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is an end view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom view thereof.

The end opposite to that shown in FIG. 2 is the same as the end shown. The rear view of the plastic bag handle is the same as the front view.
