FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of the design showing an upper member and a lower member of the design, the upper member and the lower member being identical in all respects;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the design as shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view of the upper member of the design as shown in FIG. 1, the bottom member being identical in all respects;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view of the upper member of the design as shown in FIG. 1, the lower member being identical in all respects;

FIG. 5 is a side elevation view of the upper member of the design as shown in FIG. 1, the lower member being identical in all respects;

FIG. 6 is a rear elevation view of the upper member of the design as shown in FIG. 1, the lower member being identical in all respects; and,

FIG. 7 is a front elevational view of the design as disclosed in FIG. 1 in the fully assembled status disclosing the upper member and the lower member being joined by a bolt and a wing nut.
