FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a modesty panel for table embodying my design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof, the table being shown by dotted lines for illustrative purposes;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is an enlarged end elevational view taken from the right side of FIG. 4, the other end elevational view being substantially a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 6 is an enlarged cross sectional view taken generally along line 6--6 in FIG. 4; and,

FIG. 7 is a view like FIG. 4 but showing the table in dotted line for environmental purposes.
