FIG. 8 is a rear elevational view of the configuration of FIG. 7;

FIG. 9 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 10 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 11 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 12 is an opposite side elevational view of FIG. 8.

It is to be understood that the dashed lines represent conventional stitching.
