FIG. 1 is a top, front and right side perspective view of a combined bottle and cap showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view of the bottle of FIG. 1, the back view being a mirror image of the front view;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view of the bottle, the left side being a mirror image of the right side;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view of the bottle of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 5 is the bottom plan view of the bottle of FIG. 1.
