FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side being a mirror image hereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof, the back being a mirror image hereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom being a mirror image hereof;

FIG. 5 is a top, front, right side perspective view of the expandable trivet in its expanded position;

FIG. 6 is a right side elevational view thereof in its expanded position, the left side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 7 is an enlarged cross-sectional view thereof taken along line 7--7 of FIG. 6; and,

FIG. 8 is a second embodiment of the new design, the middle portion of which is broken away to show indeterminate length, and all other views of which are identical to those in FIGS. 2-7 except for the indeterminate length central portion.
