FIG. 3 is a top plan view of the placard holder;

FIG. 4 is a back elevational view of the placard holder;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view of the placard holder; and,

FIG. 6 is a side elevational view of the placard holder, the opposite side being a mirror image.
