FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of the swimmer's water exercise belt with pulley-system tether arrangement for stationary movement in smaller pools showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;

In FIGS. 3, 4, 5 and 6, the tether rope portion of the claimed design is shown broken away to indicate indeterminate length.

FIG. 3 is a right view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.
