FIG. 2 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is an end view thereof.

The side not illustrated is identical to the side illustrated in FIG. 4 and the end not illustrated is identical to the end illustrated in FIG. 5.

The broken line showing of a strap which is partically shown in all figures and of the screw fasteners in FIG. 2 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
