FIG. 2 is a top plain view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plain view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a right side elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 shows an application of the refracting strip hung on a pendant.

The broken line showing of a pendant comprising reflecting strips and frame in FIG. 8, is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
