FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of an element of a shoe upper showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof.

The broken line showing of a shoe in FIGS. 1-4, and of the stitch lines and lacing holes in the element of the shoe upper in FIGS. 1, 2 and 4, are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
