FIG. 2 is a front view of the face portion of the combined heating pad and thermal pack, in open condition;

FIG. 3 is a rear view of the face portion;

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the face portion taken along line 4--4 of FIG. 2;

FIG. 5 is a front view of the neck portion of the combined heating pad and thermal pack;

FIG. 6 is a rear view of the neck portion;

FIG. 7 is a side view of the neck portion, the opposite side view being identical;

FIG. 8 is a front view of the strap portion of the combined heating pad and thermal pack;

FIG. 9 is a rear view of the starp portion; and,

FIG. 10 is a side view of strap portion, the opposite side being identical.
