FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a key ring holder showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view thereof; the right side elevational view being the mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The broken line showing of key rings in FIG. 1 is for illustrative purposes and forms no part of the claimed design.
