FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a ventilated canopy with a mesh panel showing my new design, the broken lines are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side view being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a front view thereof.
