FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a decorative arrangement on a child's shoe surface showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view thereof.

The broken line showing of a portion of a child's shoe is environmental only and forms no part of the claimed design.

The decorative arrangement on a child's shoe surface of my new design is not seen in rear or bottom elevational views.
