FIG. 1 is a stabilizing base for a vehicle theft prevention pedal lock showing my new design, the broken-line disclosure of a lock being for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side view thereof, the right side being identical;

FIG. 4 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom view thereof.
