FIG. 2 is a top view of the truck lower console exterior surface of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is an end view, looking from the left in FIG. 1, of the truck lower console exterior surface of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 4 is an end view, looking from the right in FIG. 1, of the truck lower console exterior surface of FIG. 1.

Those portions of the rear surface of the truck lower console exterior surface not shown in the drawings form no part of the claimed design.
