FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof, it being understood that the rear is a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view thereof taken along the line 4--4 of FIG. 2.

The broken line showing of a wheel in FIGS. 1-4 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
