FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a first embodiment of a stand for holding a musical instrument showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of our design which is substantially identical to the design shown in FIGS. 1-6 except that the four pegs shown extending from the openings in the first embodiment illustrated herein have been removed from the stand of the second embodiment.
