FIG. 9 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 10 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 11 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 12 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 13 is a perspective view of the hub seen from the rear and upper right of the base showing the enclosure member assembled to the base with its front surface downward; and,

FIG. 14 is a perspective view of the hub seen from the rear and upper right of the base showing the enclosure member assembled to the base with its front surface upward.
