Shoe upper

Description

This is related to a design patent application entitled Element for a Footwear Upper, U.S. Patent Application Serial No. 29/086950 pending, (Attorney Docket No. 8702-1), and is related to a design patent application entitled Article of Footwear, U.S. Patent Application Serial No. 29/086953, pending (Attorney Docket No. 8702-37B), both filed concurrently herewith in the name of Joseph D. Boyer.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of first embodiment for a shoe upper according to the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a left view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a back view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a left view of a second embodiment of the shoe upper according to the present invention, the right view being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 9 is a back view of the shoe upper shown in FIG. 8.

In both of the first and second embodiments, the sole on the shoe is shown in phantom in the figures because the particular sole attached to the bottom of the footwear is not part of the present invention.

In the second embodiment, the design is the same as in the first embodiment except for an upside down V-shaped piece wrapped around the back of the shoe upper. The perspective, front, top and bottom views of the second embodiment are identical to the corresponding views of the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1, 4, 6, and 7, respectively.
