FIG. 1 is a perspective view of utensil handle showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view, the rear elevation view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevation view, the opposite view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top view of the utensil handle;

FIG. 5 is a bottom view of the utensil handle; and,

FIG. 6 is a perspective view thereof, the broken line showing of a knife blade is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
