FIG. 12 is a left side elevational view of FIG. 10, the right side view being identical.

The views not shown of the second and third embodiments correspond with those of the first embodiment. The broken line showing of a partial tether in FIGS. 1, 7 and 10 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
