FIG. 1 is a back elevation view of the vehicle steering wheel cover showing my new design on a steering wheel;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevation view of the invention thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevation view on a simple steering wheel of the invention thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a back elevation view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a top view thereof.

The broken line showing of the steering wheel structure in FIGS. 1 and 6 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design. The broken line drawn around the perimeter of the device is to indicate stitching.
