FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of the cycle advertising display showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is the side elevational view thereof.

The broken line disclosure of the bicycle is shown for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
