FIG. 5 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a left side view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a rear elevation view thereof.

The crosshatch shading shown in all views is understood to repeat throughout the indicated area and the broken lines on the pad represent conventional stitching.
