FIG. 6 is a perspective view similar to FIG. 1 of a second embodiment;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The front, rear and side elevational views of the second embodiment are identical to those of the first embodiment.
