FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of a two piece form fitting cervical collar cover and liner with hole and side tabs, as shown and described;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevation view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The appearance of the right side is a mirror image of that of the left side shown in FIG. 1.
