FIG. 1 is an front, top and side perspective view of a hand held traffic control sign with lights showing my new design, said sign and light being lined for the color red;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view, the opposite side being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view said sign and light being lined for the color red;

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view said sign and light being lined for the color orange.
