FIG. 1 is a side perspective view of a medical information card reader showing my new design the medical information card is shown in broken lines for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right elevation view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevation view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a left side elevation thereof;

FIG. 7 is a rear elevation view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a front elevation view of a second embodiment thereof wherein the only difference is the keypad is shown in broken lines for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
